Returns & Exchanges

At Weston Blake, we aim to provide a simple and clear experience.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

After this period, returns cannot be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be returned with original packaging and tags
  • Include a proof of purchase
Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact us first:

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply within 24 business hours with return instructions and the correct return address.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns (change of mind, size, color, etc.): return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Weston Blake covers all return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid return label.

5. Return Address

Please do not send returns to any other address. Packages sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address cannot be processed.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email within 3 business days.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to display the refund on your statement

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item — in which case the full amount, including shipping, will be refunded.

7. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or model:

  1. Return the original item following the process above
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures your preferred item is secured before stock changes.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@westonblake.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) at no extra charge to you.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery

10. Refund Delays

If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet:

  • Check your bank account and email again
  • Contact your bank or card issuer — processing times vary
  • If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@westonblake.com
